Business Operations Lead

The Business Ops lead will report to the CEO and will serve an instrumental role in helping Accrue Savings and its CEO achieve their goals.

Accrue Savings is backed by a fantastic set of VCs and angels, and has a large number of early retailer customers, led by an experienced founder and operator with a growing team. We’re looking for curious, self-starters, who are determined to drive an idea from inception to market.

About the role

The Business Ops lead will report to the CEO and will serve an instrumental role in helping Accrue Savings and its CEO achieve their goals. This role has a broad remit for a self-starter and natural problem-solver who is an expert in organizational dynamics and is at ease with ambiguity. Successful candidates will meld their EQ, humility, business acumen, and structured strategic thinking to provide leverage to the CEO and executive team in order to grow the business. This job’s working habits mirror those of the CEO: you should expect to feel like an owner in the business and work closely with the CEO, oftentimes off-hours if required.

Job Requirements

What you'll do

  • Develop reporting framework for KPIs and revenue metrics.
  • Report and provide analysis on KPIs. Prepare board material.
  • Build out sales ops function.
  • Build and serve as primary owner for Salesforce pipeline.
  • Coordinate operational, legal , FP&A, and other foundational components of supporting Accrue Savings.
  • Help manage communications with stakeholders, including venture capital investors.
