The Product Manager (Growth) will help grow our consumer facing experience and retailer platform.

Accrue Savings is backed by a fantastic set of VCs and angels, and has a large number of early retailer customers, led by an experienced founder and operator with a growing team. We’re looking for curious, self-starters, who are determined to drive an idea from inception to market.

About the role

The Growth Product Manager will report to the Head of Product. This role is responsible for crafting and executing a roadmap of product features and experiments that support consumer growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced product manager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values continuous learning above all else. Successful candidates will meld their passion for developing features, thinking strategically, and driving toward business outcomes to establish and validate Accrue's unique consumer value prop.

Job Requirements

What you'll do

  • Experiment at all levels of the funnel. Prioritize projects, assess their potential impact, plan them effectively, and manage their execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities. You will support a pipeline of experiments, optimizations, and features that might include mechanisms for referral, onboarding, activation, acquisition, retention and expansion.
  • High-quality research. Define and execute high-quality qualitative and quantitative research best practices to evolve and inform the direction of product development.
  • Ship often. Ship MVPs that allow us to test our hypotheses while delivering a quality customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional teams. Partner across the organization to drive growth & build exceptional new features.
  • Gain deeper insights about our savers. Use product analytics to understand how our customers use our product and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations.

What we'd love to see

  • Experience as a Product Manager driving growth for consumer products. PLG knowledge required for this role
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization on landing pages
  • Experience working with designers and engineers
  • Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels
  • Have a growth marketing/optimization mindset; deeply analytical
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
  • Must be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs
  • Editing and copywriting skills
  • Proven record of driving business outcomes and measurable improvements in the product life cycle (e.g., user growth, engagement, retention)

The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $140,000 - 180,000 (annual).

The range listed is just one component of Accrue's total compensation package; other benefits include those listed above such as healthcare and 401k.
