Partner Marketing Lead

Accrue Savings is looking for its first Partner Marketing Lead to help lead co-marketing efforts.

Accrue Savings is backed by a fantastic set of vcs and angels, and has a large number of early retailer customers, led by an experienced founder and operator with a growing team. We’re looking for curious, self-starters, who are determined to drive an idea from inception to market.

The role

Accrue Savings is looking for its first Partner Marketing Lead to help lead co-marketing efforts with existing and future merchant partners. The person who succeeds in this role will be curious, creative, and resourceful. You’ll know how to bridge the gap between idea and execution, and naturally push yourself to think about how to drive the highest impact outcomes. 

Our ideal candidate has experience in B2B partner marketing, leading initiatives across a wide variety of partners and initiatives, and in the fintech industry.

Job Requirements

What you'll do

  • Develop strategy to solidify commitment from partners to run joint marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to prioritize partners and set shared goals around co-marketing efforts
  • Set framework for partner marketing efforts including segmentation by company size and industry, as well as playbook of tactics for successful co-marketing 
  • Communicate regularly with merchant counterparts to complete co-marketing initiatives 
  • Manage the development and execution of marketing assets (emails, case studies, videos, advertising) working with Creative, Sales, and Product. 
  • Measure the marketing performance of partners and optimize co-marketing efforts so merchants are seeing the most value

What we’d love to see

  • 4+ years of relevant combined experience in marketing, customer success, or business development
  • Demonstrated ability of launching co-marketing campaigns and 
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with sales, marketing, and product teams 
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute even when the path is ambiguous and dynamic
  • Proven analytical skills with an ability to pull insights from raw data
