About the role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Accrue Savings. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This role is required to be in office 5 days a week (with some flexibility as needed). *This role has the potential to have a flexible schedule (between 30- 40 hours a week).
Job Requirements
What you'll do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, arranging travel, and organizing meetings.
- Handle confidential information (both personal information and business information) with discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage special projects as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Help the office to run efficiently, assisting with ordering supplies and other operational tasks as needed.
- Assist with the CEO's external matters as needed.
- This role is required to be in office 5 days a week (with some flexibility as needed). *This role has the potential to have a flexible schedule (between 30- 40 hours a week).
What we’d love to see
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably to a CEO or other high-level executive. Startup experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Salary
The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $58,000 - 75,000(annual).
