The Director of Enterprise Sales will build, lead, and set the stage for our full cycle Enterprise Sales process

We’re looking for curious, self-starters, who are determined to drive an idea from inception to market.

About the role

Our ideal Director of Enterprise Sales will build and lead our Enterprise Sales team, and will set the stage for our full cycle Enterprise Sales process. This individual will leverage their skills and ability to help our Enterprise Sales team find new relationships and close critical business transactions and will enable our Enterprise Sales reps to achieve their quotas.

Job Requirements

What you'll do

  • Grow, mentor, and manage our enterprise sales team
  • Guide our Enterprise Sales reps toward identifying new potential customers and help run the end-to-end sales process
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise account contacts, from executives, to merchant/ecommerce/digital leaders, etc.
  • Define and execute our Enterprise Sales strategy

What we’d love to see

  • 5-7 years of Enterprise Sales experience with 1-3 years experience managing, mentoring, and building enterprise sales teams
  • Experience selling into retailers
  • E-commerce / payment background and/or experience selling embedded products
  • End-to-end negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing complex transactions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with a range of stakeholders
  • A passion for proactively analyzing the business, uncovering trends and shifts within our industry and adjusting our sales cadences accordingly
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach and a bias toward action
